Shipping and Delivery

With us, fast and careful delivery is central. As soon as you place an order, we do our utmost to deliver your sizing kit within 48 hours. For shipping, we use the reliable service of PostNL, so you can be sure of a fast and safe delivery.

Upon receiving the sizing kit, you can easily determine your size and enter the required information. As soon as we have received this data from you, we will immediately start carefully assembling your smart ring. We pay great attention to quality and finishing, so that your smart ring fits perfectly and meets all your expectations.

When your smart ring is ready, we will ensure that it is delivered to you within 4 to 7 days, again via PostNL.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you have a 14-day reflection period from the moment your smart ring is delivered. Within this period, you can return or exchange the product if it does not meet your expectations.

  • To land: We ship within the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, and France.

  • Future expansion: Expansion to other shipping areas is being considered.

Postage costs

  • Above-mentioned countries: Free shipping on all orders.

  • No hidden costs: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

Order processing time

  • Processing time SizingKit: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days, from Monday to Friday.

  • Processing time Smart Ring: Orders are processed within 3-4 working days, from Monday to Friday.

  • Last order time: 18:00 (CET) Central European Time (Amsterdam).

  • Weekend orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping time

  • Estimated delivery time Smartring: 5-7 working days.

  • Estimated delivery time Sizing kit: 1-2 working days.
  • Working days: Shipments take place from Monday to Friday.

  • Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

Shipping process

  • Reliable courier services: We ship via DHL and PostNL.

  • Insured shipments: All shipments are insured, provided you include them in the invoice. Please contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transport.

  • Eco-friendly packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our ecological footprint.

  • Tracking information: Upon purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.

  • Track your order: You can track your order via our website. Simply enter your tracking number on our tracking portal to view the status of your order.

Procedure for missing items

  • Report missing items: Contact our customer service at customerservice@officialfocus.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Solution: We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

Restocking Fee

  • Restocking fee: charges €1.20 restocking fee for returns.

Return shipping costs

  • For defective products: No costs for the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective.

  • In case of regret of the purchase: The actual costs of the return shipment will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer has purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or the customer no longer wishes to keep the product.
